Revocation of access authorization

Protecting the privacy of information about our customers, business partners and employees has always been an important part of how we do business. This Privacy Policy and Disclaimer explains our policies regarding interaction with this site, electronic publications and how we manage customers’ information effective May 21, 2015. Information protection

PADERSON strives to use industry-standard practices to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration and destruction. These practices include a combination of technical, operational and managerial controls. Security mechanisms in place include, but are not limited to, firewalls, network monitoring and encryption to protect certain sensitive transmissions of information.

PADERSON also uses measures to enhance the security of its assets, such as analyzing account activity for fraudulent or otherwise suspicious behavior. PADERSON does not provide credit or customer asset monitoring services.

No security system is fail-safe, and PADERSON cannot guarantee information will never be obtained by unauthorized persons. Customers, business partners and employees should protect the confidentiality of information such as an account number, Federal Tax ID, Reseller ID, social security numbers, email addresses and password’s. Furthermore, customers, business partners and employees should be aware of “phishing” attempts to steal personal information. PADERSON will not at any time initiate a request for your account password, social security number or bank information via email.

Information we collect

PADERSON only collects the necessary information it requires to conduct business. The information collected will depend on the business relationship with PADERSON.

At any time, you may opt out of providing such information. However, by doing so, we may not be able to provide you the services or options which you have requested. Unless you have cookies “turned off” on your computer, when you visit padersonshafts.com your computer creates a cookie that is stored in its temporary memory. These cookies are not retained after you close your browser and this information does not identify you personally. Our servers are able to collect data from temporary cookies that tell us certain information about your visit during that session.

The information is reasonably required for legitimate account collection activities or credit analysis activities, or when such information aids in providing safe and reliable service to the Customer.

The Customer specifically authorizes in advance the release of such information in writing. By court order or otherwise legally required.

Unless otherwise indicated in this site, the information and materials available through this site are the property of PADERSON and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates and are protected under U.S. and foreign copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. No intellectual property or other rights in and to the information and materials on this site are transferred to visitors to this site.
