The Worlds Only Vacuum-Cured Golf Club Shafts!

Whereas table rolling is the most commonly practiced art of manufacturing graphite shafts, the process surfaces two very distinct disadvantages manufacturers invariably compensate for ongoing; static and autoclave curing does not ensure the highest possible measure of consistency with regard to the flow of resin. Controlling the ratio of fiber to resin is especially important in performance reliability.

Resin pooling, voids and fiber “washout” occur when resin coverage is limited. This inhibits fusion of internal flag layers.  A controllable yet common occurrence with standard static curing methods. This also exposes precious fibers to unnecessary cutting in the center-less grinding process, conducted post production, necessary to ensure concentricity in the OD (outer diameter) of a table rolled shaft. Center-less grinding occurs in all table rolled shaft construction.

This is the culprit for variences and discrepancies specific to performance and feel, in even the most premium shafts marketed today, that fall within all specification tolerance ranges.

Our proprietary vacuum curing process is catalyst for incomparable consistency between shafts of the same tolerance range. Allowing for homogenous resin to fiber coverage ratio and more precise fiber area weight distribution over the entire shaft. Minimizing resin to maximize fiber performance.

Vacuum curing allows us to incorporate nobel materials in pre-preg sheet form for table rolled construction that shaft manufacturers have all previously struggled to optimize. Utilizing todays most advanced nanotechnology to produce stronger more flexible lightweight shafts, that kick harder and recover faster, as found in all      KINETIXx VMT driver shafts.  The worlds only vacuum cured amorphous fiber golf club shafts.

Materials

Construction is the confluence of materials and craftsmanship.  How a product is made influences material selection. End result performance in a given design is the nexus between all engineered systems design and construction.

The methods used to construct all PADERSON KINETIXx loaded shafts allow for the application of an extraordinarily wide array of nobel and high modulus exotic materials other shaft manufacturers are unable to deploy, because of construction constraints. Limited process = limited material selection.

The materials used in the production of PADERSON KINETIXx™ loaded technologies include several different high strength, advanced composites of carbon and exotic fibers with thermosetting epoxy resin systems, and todays most advanced nano materials.

PADERSON is the only shaft manufacturer in the world, capable of Kevlar® Fiber filament wound production.  Our patented and proprietary processes to couple filament winding with table rolled structures in a vacuum cured system allows us to deploys raw fiber material compositions like Kevlar® and 3K carbon fiber. This creates an unmatched concentric shaft structure.

Enabling us to produce high performance precisely tailored shafts of varying weight. having 20x the elastic strength of steel and capable of withstanding a considerable amount of force (torque -twisting force), tensile stress and impact.  PADERSON KINETIXx IMRT loaded shafts are arguably the worlds most flexible shaft structures. Empirically proven to reduce ovaling, shaft distortion and suppresses vibration to the highest order of magnitude as compared to all other golf shafts available today.

NiCKEL Diamond woven metallic fiber shaft production found in PADERSON KINETIXx Limited Edition driver, fairway, iron and wedge shafts, produce the feel of steel with damping characteristics of graphite, that meets the demands of better players and touring professionals in search of heavier mass alternatives to steel and heavyweight graphite.

Facility & Testing Measures

To supplement our design and development we employ extensive testing that includes laboratory durability tests, robotic performance testing involving extensive ball flight/trajectory analysis and individual player evaluation. we are one of only two shaft manufacturers in the USA with in house testing capabilities to include a swing programmable robot with three (3) degrees of freedom, able to replicate any type of golf swing at speeds greater than or equal to 135 mph.

Utilizing the newest, state of the art, Trackman doppler radar system to track all aspects of ball flight and trajectory.

Combined with an array of proprietary data acquisition systems, hsv 30,000 fps and laser based speed chronography instrumented fields.

With core emphasis on product development and technology, our test and design centers located in the USA and Taiwan provide an unrivaled controlled environment, allowing us to refine existing technologies and manifest new IP and cutting edge products.

R&T / R&D Philosphy

Our ongoing goal of research & technology, research and development at Paderson is to develop processess materials and products that exhibit performance tested and quantifiable technological advances. we anticipate continuing as the sporting industry specialist in the fields of carbon fiber and fiber-reinforcements, resin formulation and core technologies that we will develop specifically for the performance-driven consumer golf and sporting goods product markets.

Design & Development

Using state of the art CAD, FEA/FEM software design and transient analysis platforms we generate prototypes for all empirically proven design models. Each model prototype is then analysed by computer for stiffness, strength, vibration control and kinetic energy. Our research and development efforts focus on innovative structural and material technology. Essential to our ongoing cutting edge product development.
