KINETIXX TECHNOLOGY INC. WARRANTY POLICY Limited Two (2) Year Product Warranty Information
Kinetixx Technology Inc., or “Kinetixx” warrants all Paderson Kinetixx and Kinetixx branded products with waiver to the exclusions listed herein below and to the original point of purchase, (consumer direct and authorized dealer partners) “Purchaser” the product was originally purchased from Kinetixx, with a limited product warranty or “Warranty” for a period of Two (2) years, “Warranty Period”.
Warranty period will go into effect the date the original product purchased ships from Kinetixx, to the Purchaser. Warranty period will be corroborated as date of the original bill of sale, payment receipt or Kinetixx generated packing list and officially assigned tracking number generated by the carrier, in connection with the method of delivery used in fulfillment of the purchase.
Kinetixx warrants against defects in materials and manufacturing that occur under normal use conditions and conventional assembly’s provided, the product claim does not include exclusions listed herein and the product has not been altered, modified or damaged through neglect, mishandling or assembly practices that would otherwise void the warranty, as listed herein under product and warranty exclusions.
Kinetixx warranty will include a one (1) time product replacement at no charge as deemed merited by Kinetixx, following review of warranty claim submittal made by the Purchaser, via email. Warranty coverage is limited to product only and delivery charges are at the Purchasers expense. Warranty is inclusive of all original assembly’s and normal use defects or product breakage, with the exception of exclusions listed below.
If such a defect develops, Kinetixx will replace the defective product through the point of purchase with the same or similar spec product. Replacement product color- way and branding cosmetic match is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Replacement product will be a spec match of the original and all further claims, warrants and coverage will terminate in connection therewith the one time replacement.
All warranty claims are required to be processed through email. Purchaser is required to submit original proof of purchase and photo backup to demonstrate product defect in support of the claim. Warranty claims and back- up must be presented by Purchaser, without exception.
Warranty claims will be deemed merited following Kinetixx review of the original proof of purchase sales receipt and photo evidence of the defect, within five (5) business days on receiving the claim email submitted by the original purchaser.
Warranty is comprehensive of product replacement only and therefore exclude’s shipping, transportation and delivery charges or “transport” for the delivery of the replacement product. Purchaser will responsible for all delivery charges in advance of shipping the product replacement. Remittance of delivery charges will be defined specifically in the claim correspondence from Kinetixx granting the claim.
Warranty Exclusions:
The following products practices and exclusions, will not be warranted under any condition otherwise defined herein:
- All Long Drive product technology.
- All Legacy product.
- All Trajectory Series product.
- All repurposed, pulled and reused non-original assemblies.
- All product tampered with and or altered from the original state of purchase even when used within parameters of all conventional assembly’s.
- All products purchased preowned.
- Kinetixx Counterfeit and Kinetixx tour issued products of any kind.
- Kinetixx Tour-issued products and demo shafts are not for resale and, therefore, not covered under any warranty.
- All third party claims.
- Warranty does not cover a product’s normal wear and tear lifecycle. Assembly related causes including but not limited to the following will void all warranty claims:
- Accidental breakages that occur outside of normal use conditions as demonstrated by photo evidence.
Breakages deemed to have occurred due to installer error or accident as listed herein below:
- Use of any alloy or metallic based tip weights for assembly.
- Shaft with tip’s that have been chamfered, knife prepped, scored and cut or over sanded tip prepping procedures and other contrarian assembly practices as demonstrated by photo evidence.
- Product trimmed contrary to instruction as defined by Kinetixx on the packing list enclosed with the original purchase also found at www.kinetixxgolf.com or any Kinetixx generated product tech deck that might be generated from time to time.
Provisions and Limitations of all Warranty Processing and Handling:
- Original purchaser will be solely responsible for all shipping charges in connection with direct shipping cost to receive the replacement product.
- All product purchased preowned through authorized or unauthorized channels will not be warranted.
- Kinetixx will not be liable for any consequential or other damages arising from the use of product or any delay in the performance of this warranty due to causes beyond Kinetixx control.
- No cash-outs or reimbursements will be provided, product exchanges only.
- No person, associate, dealer, distributor or company is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner in any possible way or form.
